The question on everyones mind! If you are curious about the value of your home, contact us to get that process started. We typically start with a phone call to get acquainted with you, your home and your immediate needs. We’ll then schedule an in home walk through. After the walk through, we’ll get to work and provide you an estimated home valuation within 48 hours. We do not provide sight unseen home valuation estimates. It is important for our team to see the current state of the property and any updated finishes, in order to provide an accurate assessment. Also, no, Zillow and Redfin estimates are not accurate!

Assuming you are buying in a market where inventory isn’t scarce, our clients typically take somewhere between 20-30 days of aggressive home searching before finding a home they love. Once an offer is accepted, your financing often dictates the time to close. Cash deals can close in as little as a week. Financed deals a little closer to 30 days (although skilled lenders can push loans through quicker if needed). These timelines can vary greatly so make sure to let us know if you have any specific time constraints!
