Matthew’s success is cemented in his commitment to truly understanding his clients' needs. This has led to one of his most successful client service programs, the Whole Home Assessment. A yearly program, only for Matthew client’s, that ensures their homes are operating at peak efficiency.

With more than two decades of experience and a reputation for getting tough deals finalized, Kelly brings a unique blend of finesse, transparency and strategic creativity to every mortgage transaction. “I focus on understanding each of my client’s unique life circumstances,” she says. “Then I am able to tailor a strategic game plan to help set and meet their short- and long-term goals.”
A senior mortgage consultant with Wintrust Mortgage, Price specializes in physician loans, new-construction lending, down-payment assistance programs and creative financing solutions, bridging gaps for complex buyers. She has a nationwide reach, lending in all 50 states, with a significant portion of her business concentrated in Chicagoland, the surrounding Midwest and Florida. Actively partnering with local community initiatives, she most notably works with the Chicago Housing Trust to support affordable housing efforts.
